You can enter through our partner Eventrac where you can update your entry if anything changes closer to the event.
Entries on the day for this event will not be accepted.

A copy of the Triathlon England rulebook can be found here. We will have representation from Triathlon England and technical officials will be present on the day of the event. Please familiarise yourself with the rules to prevent disappointment on the day.
The minimum age to take part in the Sprint and Super Sprint events is 15, Tri Stars are from ages 9-14 years, this age is set by Triathlon England and we are unable to override this.

Group discounts are available for teams/clubs wishing to bring a big team. Please contact us directly to discuss options.

EVENT DAY REGISTRATION
Your race pack, containing your Bib Number, Wristband and stickers will be posted to you before the event. You will need to bring all items with you for your race. When collecting your timing chip you will be required to show photographic identification or your confirmation email to verify who you are. Your start times will be published online and emailed to you prior to the event. All cycle racking is to take place on the day of the event. Only competitors will be allowed in transition. You will be required to wear your wristband for grounds entry.

PARKING
Ample parking is available at Bowood House, main visitors entrance. Upon entry into the grounds, there may be other races going on, you will be directed by traffic control to cross the cycle route.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive in good time before your race, we suggest arriving 1hr 30mins before your start time.

Travel times by car vary, however as a guide you can get here from the following cities:

The nearest motorway junction is J17 on the M4
EVENT FACILITIES
REFRESHMENTS
Refreshments will be available onsite to provide refreshments throughout the day, this is accessible from the entrance to Bowood House.
POST-RACE MASSAGE
There will be will be on site pre and post race massage for anyone who needs a little loosening up. There is a small fee of £5 for 10 minutes or £10 for 20 minutes
VILLAGE ENTERTAINMENT
Discover great food and drink, retail stalls and music to add to your race day experience and keep the whole family entertained.
TOILETS
There are toilet facilities available in the Event Village, next to transition and near the swim start area.
CHANGING FACILITIES
There will be limited changing facilities, but no showers. We recommend you arrive ready to race and bring some warm clothes for afterwards.
CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES
To keep the little ones entertained we will be providing kids activities in the event village. You can also pay to access the Adventure playground.
